You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

It really doesn’t get better than this! Villa IO Beachfront is that dream house on the beach, complete with own private turquoise pool set in lush gardens.
This spacious, light and airy glamorous property really is the embodiment of a special holiday home. In the garden you find comfortable furnishings inviting you to relax and soak up the sun or find a shaded corner to read and contemplate your surroundings. The outside kitchen/ bar offers the perfect cocktail spot and dining area.
You enter the villa into the bright double height open plan lounge with smart TV, dining room and fully equipped white kitchen. Large glass doors lead out to the gardens and pool beyond. There is also a shower room on this floor and a washing machine. A marble staircase leads up to 3 double bedrooms , one with and ensuite shower room and the other 2 share a full bathroom. All 3 have balconies with stunning sea views.
An annex features a forth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is found in the garden.
