The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 117cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 72cm wide. The lounge door is 148cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 68cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 142cm wide, there is a step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 300cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and paved stoned, the garden grounds are grassed with shrubbery. The pool has steps, there is no handrail.
