You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and are decorated in soothing natural tones with one of the bedrooms having patio doors letting in lots of light.The beds are all single ideal for groups of friends but can be combined to offer 2 doubles. Outside, you'll find the inviting private pool with steps for easy access and sun loungers surrounding for lazy days under the sun.
When it's time to get out and about you need not stray far! A few hundred metres down the road and you're in the heart of Albufeira's liveliest strip. Continue down towards the glistening sea, where you'll come to Praia da Oura - a golden sandy beach.

To access the villa there is a path that’s 140cm wide with no steps. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst other external doors have a width of 98cm. The terrace area is tiled with no steps or uneven ground, its flat whilst the pool itself requires step access. This is a ground floor property where the bedroom with the widest door is the first bedroom on the right-hand side. This bedroom has a door width of 104cm, whilst the ensuite has a door width of 102cm. Although this bedroom has wide doors, there is not much space to pass around the edge of the bed, as can be seen from the images. The door into the kitchen/dining is 200cm, whilst the door to the lounge is 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
