You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 71cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area are 160cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide and the grounds are flat but there are 4 steps to access the pool level. Both of the ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 65cm and there are 15 steps to the first floor and the bedroom on this floor has a door width of 66cm. All the bathrooms have a door width of 66cm.
