You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Casa Magnolia Overview
Casa Magnolia is a secret jewel of Carvoeiro and boasts a very close proximity to central Carvoeiro and Praia de Carvoeiro beach. This property was built in 1874 and renovated internally to a very high standard. Steps lead to the main front entrance where you will access into the living room which offers sea views from the sofas. From the lounge, you enter the spacious and modern kitchen with SMEG appliances and a dining area. Three bedrooms are also on this level, one bedroom has a bathroom and two bedrooms have a shower room, all bedrooms have air-conditioning for your comfort. Steps lead up to the garden where you will find your own private swimming pool (heating optional) with an electric cover, comfortable sunbeds under umbrellas and additional comfortable seating to the side.
Casa Magnolia is perfect for those not wanting to drive whilst on holiday and have all the amenities Carvoeiro has to offer on your doorstep.
