You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Tucked away in a charming neighbourhood in the sun-soaked resort of Carvoeiro, Casa Thea is an idyllic Algarve escape. You’re just a ten-minute walk away from its bustling centre with delightful narrow cobbled streets filled with markets, souvenir shops, and historical churches. A paradise beach day, bejewelled with a golden sandy beach bordered by rocky cliffs, is never too far away. After a day of sightseeing, the outdoor terrace is the perfect reprieve and will transport you straight into holiday mode. Make a dive into the swimming pool to cool off from the heat – start with a tranquil morning swim, followed by an afternoon splash with the kids. The stone-pillared veranda offers some much-needed shade, with some cosy outdoor seating and an outdoor dining table for meals amongst the idyllic setting. Any terrace wouldn’t be complete without a few sun loungers, positioned poolside so you can hop out and dry off in the sunshine.

Designed to reflect a traditional Portuguese casa, the exteriors are utterly charming with whitewashed walls, rustic stone pillars, and a terracotta-style roof. Spanning just one floor, Casa Thea is a snug hideaway away from the busy streets of Carvoeiro. The living space is a beautiful mix of old and new but hums a Mediterranean tune, decorated in cool shades of white and beige, sprinkled with pops of colour. The old-style wood-burning fireplace adds a taste of Portugal to the living room, which is encircled by sofas to create a homely feel. The kitchen is drowned in modern design, finished to a high standard with sleek cabinets that complement the vintage tiles. Some of the areas within the resort centre are hilly in places. To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 74cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 118cm wide. The villa grounds are flat and tiled. There is a small lip over the patio doors leading to the terrace. This is a ground-floor property however there are 2 steps between bedroom 2 and the ensuite. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 68cm.
