You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 76cm wide. The pool area/garden is on a very slight incline. The pool can be accessed via the grass, or stepping stones. The alfesco dining area is tiled whilst the path around the pool is narrow. This can be seen in the images. This is a ground-floor property. The ground floor is on different levels. Access to 2 bedrooms and the kitchen is flat. Access to the lounge is via 2 internal steps. Access to the remaining 3 bedrooms is via 3 steps. All bedroom doors are 72cm wide, all bathroom doors are 62cm wide.
