You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Albufeira Vista Mar is ideally located just 600m from the golden sands of Praia do Coelha. This spacious five-bedroom villa has been designed in a modern style to feel bright and open throughout.

Step into the large open-plan living space with high ceilings and a full glass feature wall leading onto the pool terrace. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating surrounding the Flat Screen TV with a DVD player, and the guests also have use of the music system provided. Move through to the kitchen/dining area with a large breakfast bar joined to the electric hob and many other modern appliances to ensure your self-catering experience is just like being at home. The dining area has a large table with air conditioning and sliding doors leading onto the terrace. On this floor, there is also a twin room with air conditioning and doors leading onto the terrace as well as a shared shower room. Moving onto the Mezzanine floor, you’ll find two further twin rooms with balcony access, air conditioning and vanity tables. There is a further shared bathroom on this level for these bedrooms. Up on the Second Floor, you’ll find the landing overlooking the lounge with sofas placed under the stunning feature dome ceiling. There are also two ensuite bedrooms on this floor, a twin with air conditioning and the main bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning and balcony access.

The terrace offers a great space for guests to unwind around the large pool. Sun loungers are provided with parasols as well as the large ledge and covering providing shade over the dining area for those looking to take cover.

When it’s time to roam, just a short walk will bring you to Praia do Coelha a petite sandy cove surrounded by rocks. Several authentic Portuguese restaurants are nearby easily reached on foot offering traditional cuisine and Tapas. Villa Albufeira Vista Mar is located just outside of Albufeira centre so a short drive will bring you to the magnificent Marina de Albufeira where you can enjoy a boat trip or head further into the centre to discover historical landmarks and delve into the culture.
