A welcoming and spacious home for families, the open plan living area is bright with two sets of French windows that open onto colourful gardens. The upstairs bedrooms benefit from having access to a large balcony and all can enjoy the air conditioning. From this privileged vantage point, far-reaching views stretch out towards Castelo to the sparkling sea. Externally, the attractive gardens and lovely private pool create an oasis which you will find difficult to leave, however getting out and about could not be easier. A ten-minute stroll takes you down to the village and sandy beaches of Castelo and Coelha, whilst a drive of less than ten minutes brings you to the bustling old town of Albufeira.

To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide along with 3 steps to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 76cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 92cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 500cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. There are 5 steps down to the pool area or the sloping lawn can be used as an alternative. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide which is the shower room which also has a 15cm step up to enter the shower.
