To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 6 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 87cm wide. The path to the pool area is 120cm wide. The poolside terrace is flat and tiled with a small lawn area to the side of the property. There are 13 steps down to the drive/garage. On the ground floor, the twin bedroom and bathroom doors are 69cm wide. The door into the kitchen is also 69cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 130cm wide.
