You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Head through to the kitchen, where you'll find a dining table centred in the spacious room with fitted modern appliances. Another door in the kitchen allows easy access to the terrace where you can dine alfresco, ideal for sunset meals that make for unforgettable holiday memories. The bedrooms have cool tiled floors and neutral backgrounds creating a relaxing space for you to unwind and settle down after a long day of exploring the local area.

Out on the terrace, there are several spaces offering an ideal place to chill out throughout the day. Lounge around on the sunbeds dip in and out of the inviting pool or have a friendly battle at the ping pong table. There is even play equipment for young ones to keep them occupied. The brick-built barbeque is perfect for nights of grilling up a storm and enjoying a family feast under the pergola.

When you're wanting to get out for a change of scenery, you'll find you can easily reach lots of amenities by foot. The local area is fairly flat for reaching all amenities. To access the villa there is a path which is 3m wide there are no steps to get to the front door, which is 78cm wide. The lounge door is 92cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 75cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 74cm wide, the path leading to the pool is 3m wide. The pool has Roman steps access.
