You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Inside, the property is light and bright with wide patio doors and a minimalistic yet comfortable interior. The area where the villa is situated is mostly flat ground. To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide, there is a single step before the front door, the front door is 78cm wide. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 150cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 128cm wide, the area around the pool area is flat. The pool has ladder access only. The ground floor bedroom doors are 66cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 56cm wide. There are 15 steps leading to the first-floor level. The first-floor bedroom doors are both 66cm wide and the bathroom doors are all 56cm wide.
