You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 68cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 66cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 130cm wide. The villa grounds are a little lower between the front entry and the back entry to the pool area. To get to the pool it is either over a grass area or via 8 steps from the kitchen exit door. The bedrooms have a door width of 72cm and the ensuite and bathroom have a door width of 72cm.
