The villa is located in Sao Rafael, within a short walk from a local restaurant, mini market and a lovely golden beach, and approximately 10 minutes’ drive from the popular resort of Albufeira. The Algarve Shopping Centre and the pretty village of Guia, are within a similar distance inland. Salgados Golf course is within a 5 minutes’ drive, and the fashionable Albufeira marina is also in the area.

There are no steps to access this villa and it has a path with a width of 999cm. the front door has a width of 142cm and other doors that access the pool area are the kitchen which is 72cm wide and the double patio doors to the terrace which are 112cm wide. Paths from villa to the pool are 86cm wide and the driveway is flat, there are 2 steps side to side that leads around the back to the pool and the terrace. There are 3 steps to the lounge area which are 15cm in height each. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 72cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 65cm wide.
