You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Designed over two levels, the ground floor consists a fully equipped kitchen, a grand living area with dining options and patio doors, a double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and patio doors and a twin bedroom with shower ensuite. Stairs lead to the first floor where two more double bedrooms, both with shower room ensuites, one bedroom also offers a balcony. The living area and all bedrooms offer air conditioning for your comfort and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Through the patio doors lead you out to a covered terrace and steps down to your private swimming pool. The swimming pool offers the option of electric pool heating for an additional charge. Further outdoor dining options are under the permanent gazebo and a brick BBQ is positioned to the side of the villa for alfresco evening dining alfresco under the stars. This villa is the perfect choice for those looking for a private villa holiday with the option to spend days by the beach.

Please be aware there are 5 steps from the villa to the pool. By leaving and going around by the front door and then the back of the villa there is 1 step. The entrance hall ahs 2 steps down to the first 2 bedrooms and then a further 2 steps down to the lounge area. To the furthest first floor bedroom and bathroom there are 4 steps. Therefore may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.
