To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 9 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 113cm wide. The villa is on a slight incline whilst the rear of the property is mostly flat. The poolside is flat and tiled. There is a small lawn area on either side of the pool. Inside, there is 1 step of 16cm between the front door, ground floor bedrooms, and the lounge. The ground floor bedrooms, shower room, and kitchen all have a door width of 69cm. The door into the lounge is 83cm wide.
