You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 86m wide, there are 7 steps to get to the front door, which is 82cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining area doors are 132cm wide. 132cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 92cm wide, the path leading to the pool is 92cm wide and the pool has Roman steps access. The ground-floor bedroom doors are both 72cm wide, the ground-floor bathroom doors are both 68cm wide. There are 17 steps leading to the first-floor level. The first-floor bedroom doors are 72cm wide and the bathroom doors are 68cm wide.
