You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Brand new fully air-conditioned villa located on the hillside above Vale de Parra, with lovely views towards the coast, on a quiet country lane with restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Just a few minutes drive takes you to some of the finest Blue Flag 5-star beaches in the Algarve.

The entrance hallway features an inlaid brick domed ceiling leading to the lounge, with patio doors to the garden and pool terraces. The lounge has comfortable seating, Sat TV, DVD and a Pool table for additional fun! There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/breakfast room with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and a utility room with washing machine. Downstairs features 2 twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, plus an additional bathroom. On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, with a corner whirlpool bath. From the landing doors lead out to a very spacious and partly shaded sun terrace with lovely sea and coastal views and magnificent sunsets!

The beautifully tiled swimming pool has been tiled with exceptionally beautiful mosaic tiles and has corner Roman steps and a feature long bench inside the pool, perfect for sitting on hot sunny days! There is a lovely covered BBQ area with an al fresco dining table.
