You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

To access the villa there is a path that is 300cm along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 72cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 66cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 156cm. The villa grounds are flat, but there are 3 steps to access the pool level. On ground floor the two bedrooms without an ensuite have a door width of 70cm and the ensuite and shower room have a door width of 70cm.
