You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The terrain outside of the villa gate is slightly undulating and not flat. To access the villa the path is 300cm wide to the front door which has a width of 80cm, which is the same width as other access doors. Paths from the villa to the pool area are also 300cm wide. Within the villa grounds, the terrain is fairly flat and there are 2 steps from the lounge exit down to the pool level. The pool itself has step access. Inside the villa, the bedroom doors are 68cm wide and the bathroom doors are 66cm wide.
