You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

The area where the villa is situated is fairly flat. To access the villa there is a path which is 104cm wide, the front door is 75cm wide and there are no steps. The lounge door is 140cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 68cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 92cm wide, the area around the pool area is flat and the path leading to it is 92cm wide. There is one step from the terrace outside the lounge/dining area to the pool terrace of 11cm. The pool has Roman steps access. The ground-floor bedroom doors are 69cm wide and the ground-floor bathroom doors are 64cm wide, this is a shower room. There are 16 steps leading to the first-floor level. The first-floor bedroom doors are 69cm wide, and the first-floor bathroom doors are 66cm wide and are shower/bath types.
