You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The area where the villa is situated can be sloped in areas but once on the level of the villa, it is mainly flat. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 7 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 74cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 53cm wide, the area around the pool and patio is flat. The pool has Roman steps. The ground-floor bedroom door is 70cm wide and the ground-floor bathroom door is 59cm wide, this is a shower room. There are 17 steps leading to the first-floor level. The first-floor bedroom doors are all 69cm wide, and the bathroom doors on this level are all 59cm and shower rooms.
