Nestled amongst neighbouring villas, just north of Ibiza Town sits Villa Izey. Boasting six bedrooms and six bathrooms, this contemporary villa is ideal for large families. Just a short 15-minute walk away from local restaurants and supermarkets, Villa Izey is conveniently located close to all the essentials. Local supermarkets sell tasty fresh produce, ideal for a superb homecooked meal back on the BBQ.

Make use of the sunkissed terrace, where a large kidney-shaped pool with a beautifully crafted mosaic dolphin sits centrally, surrounded by reclining sun loungers and a rustic alfresco dining area, complete with bar stools and hanging lanterns. We know outside is where you'll spend most of your time, but if you wanted to escape the heat, then head inside to the air-conditioned living room, where a comfy U-shaped sofa looks out onto the terrace area. Inside, Villa Izey is modern in style, with whitewashed walls, glistening floor tiles and contemporary furnishings throughout. Sliding doors lead from the living room to the dining room, where a stunning driftwood dining table can comfortably seat up to 10 guests. A doorway leads further into the house and to the kitchen, fully equipped with all the latest appliances to make your cooking experience as simple as possible. There's even a large double fridge-freezer, giving you lots of room to stock up on plenty of local wine. A glass door off the kitchen leads to an outside covered terrace, where a small bar area takes pride of place next to a young lemon tree and surrounding gardens.

There's six bedrooms in total, spread across multiple floors. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and access to a balcony overlooking the pool terrace. There's even a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom ensuite with a bathtub, shower and double basins. Be the first to snap up this stunning room. All bedrooms are beautifully designed in the typical Ibizan style, modern and rustic, all with complimentary air conditioning and each having its own ensuite and satellite TV. The final bedroom is located in an annex under the swimming pool, this bedroom requires external access via the pool terrace.
