You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

If your looking for a great villa to unwind and bask under the Mallorcan sun, with beautiful mountain views then Ca na Francisca is the one for you, surrounded by gorgeous scenery, this single story villa boasts a private pool with plenty of lawn space to relax and recharge.

The villa opens to a light airy lounge/ dinner with a TV featuring English channels and WIFI, there is a dining table for 6 people and views that stretch out over the manicured lawn and pool.

The kitchen is well equipped and houses all necessary utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal. The first of the 3x bedrooms is a double air conditioned room with patio doors that lead to the garden/ pool area, this room also has an en-suite with shower over bath, basin and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3, both have twin beds and air conditioning to ensure comfort during the warm nights. There is a further shower room and bathroom, giving each bedroom their own facilities. Outside you have the option for alfresco dining under the covered terrace which wraps around the back of the house, or the open terrace for that last bit of evening sun whilst sipping on some home-made sangria. There is also a brick-built BBQ and off road car parking on the private drive.

If you wish to get out and about a car is recommended, visit the medieval town of Alcudia, the well restored city was previously home to a Roman settlement and remains of ancient houses and a theatre can be discovered.

Ca na Francisca is a lovely family villa to make those precious memories with.

To access the villa there is a path which is 350cm wide and has 3 steps. The front door has a width of 128cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 130cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide and the ground is mainly flat. There is one step from the villa to the outside terrace, and 2 steps from the terrace to the pool area. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 79cm.
