Can Cladera is a rare find with it's location being key to this villas success. Situated only 100m from the popular Port D'Alcudia beach, famous for it's white soft sand and shallow waters. Numerous shops and restaurants can be found in the immediate area making this one of the most convenient locations for a beach holiday, yet nestled amongst other private villas, you are still afforded privacy. The Albufera nature reserve is less than 400m away.
Despite it's close proximity to the sea, the villa also benefits from a private pool for those seeking their own space in which to enjoy the water. With a purpose built BBQ and alfresco dining area to the side of the house, and gardens beyond, the grounds are deceptively large.
Inside the villa offers clean white lines and a feeling of space. Can Cladera has proven to be a popular villa for groups and families, it's location and size are extremely hard to come by.

To access the villa there is a gateway which is 145cm wide and a driveway which is 300cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 78cm wide and the double bedroom patio doors which are 106cm wide. The grounds are all flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the twin room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide which is the main bathroom. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 67cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 119cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
