This spacious detached country house is conveniently located mid-way between Alcudia old town and of Port Alcudia with its sandy beach, marina, shops and restaurants. The tranquil country setting is ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday with good privacy. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge, dining room, separate kitchen, two double beds, one with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a separate shower room and a full family bathroom. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, one with a private ensuite shower room. The exterior offers spacious poolside terraces and next to the dining area there is a built in BBQ. Lawns and mature gardens surround the pool area with sun beds and a parasol provided to soak up the sun. The villa has an orchard with Oranges and Lemons so help yourself to fresh fruit! There is an outside shower, toilet and off road parking available.

To access the villa there is a path which is 372cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 126cm and other doors that access the pool are 260cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 76cm wide and the ground is a little uneven with 1 step coming down from the patio door. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 72cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide which can be either the ensuite or the main bathroom.
