You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Alternatively, enjoy a day at the beach in Port de Alcudia, at over 5km in length, this magnificent beach offers crystal clear waters, water sports for all and is lined with tall Mediterranean palm trees.

Villa Arcos boasts a beautiful garden, filled with gorgeous exotic plants, tall trees and a luscious green lawn that surrounds the pool. At 10x5 metres, this refreshing pool with roman steps is ideal for cooling off during the midday sun. Sun loungers and comfy wicker garden furniture provide the ultimate relaxation experience. Unwind with a good book and a glass of fresh orange juice as you plan your evening ahead. A 20-minute walk takes you into Alcudia Old Town, with an array of traditional restaurants to choose from, this gorgeous town is the ideal place for an evening meal amongst friends. If you prefer an evening at the villa, then cook up a storm on the brick-built BBQ.

Inside, this spacious property boasts three bedrooms. A master king-size room with a bathroom ensuite and balcony overlooking the garden is on the first floor. Whilst the remaining double and twin room are on the ground floor both sharing access to a separate bathroom. On the ground floor we also find the open-plan living and dining room, with patio doors and glimpses of the traditional beamed ceiling. A fully equipped kitchen leads off the dining area, providing all the cooking essentials to make your cooking experience as easy as possible on your holiday in the sun.
