You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

This villa is quite simply a great choice for a small family seeking a villa holiday with the benefit of your own private pool, table tennis, and a stone's throw from Alcudia Old Town. Set on one level the house has a very homely feel with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen/lounge/diner which also includes internet connection, a Smart TV, and comfy sofas.

The bedrooms are comfortable and both come with sensor air conditioning. From the twin room, there are French-style patio doors leading you to the terrace and a fabulous covered barbecue area. At the front of the Villa there is a large terracotta veranda with a great seating area for alfresco dining. This overlooks the wonderful lawn and swimming pool, whilst offering distant views of the Tramuntana Mountains. The extra facility of a a table tennis makes for great family fun.

All the bedrooms have a door width of 80cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 79cm.
