If it is space you are looking for, then this superbly located, four bedroom villa is for you. With an unbelievable 35,000m² of open countryside with far reaching sea-views as well as a view of the the magnificent Sant Salvador Monastary, Casa Huerta is a truly beautiful property.
Step inside this magnificent villa where you will find the entrance hall adorned with an eye catching chandelier. Make your way into the large living/dining room which homes a smart TV and all the home comforts that you require to make this a comfy stay. The living room also leads you out to the beautiful poolside terrace and there is also a separate Laundry room and a cloakroom for that extra bit of convenience. . The kitchen is fully fitted with all essential appliances and why not try your hand at preparing one of Mallorca’s many local delicacies or just dine alfresco using the properties traditional style BBQ.
On the ground floor, you will come to the first of the four bedrooms. This is a tastefully decorated bedroom with an ensuite shower. As you make your way upstairs, you will find the three other bedrooms: a master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room and door to the south facing upper terrace, great to catch some late afternoon sun. There are two further twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room.
The exterior of this home really is a key feature with its sheer size and the super generous 10m pool for you to spend your days relaxing on a lilo or splashing around. There is also a whirlpool, ideal for sitting and watch the sun go down, as well as a swing area, brilliant for the kids. There is an impressive covered terrace with plenty of dining space and with a very traditional look, great for dining in style day or night
Not only do you have a beautiful villa, you also have the trendy Cala D’or beach a mere 5 minute drive away as well as sandy coves just a 15 minute walk away. If you like to be active on your holiday, why not try the local Tennis courts and sporting facilities that can also be found nearby.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide along with 4 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 78cm and other doors that access the pool area are 135cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 135cm wide, the grounds are flat, mostly concrete, partially covered and partially grass. The pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 88cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 85cm wide which is the shower room. The door into the kitchen/dining room is 77cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 140cm wide. From the downstairs shower room there is a door which leads to the outside patio but there are 3 steps.
