- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Casa Nina is a beautiful white-washed Mallorcan villa, with a tropical garden, towering palm trees and an elegant private pool. Located within the Cal Egos area of Cala d’Or, this stunning property is conveniently located and within walking distance to local supermarkets, restaurants and a coved sandy beach. Great for beach lovers, swimmers and snorkelling wannabes, this sandy strip of beach is the ideal spot for some much-needed holiday time. The very heart of Cala d’Or is a short 5-minute taxi ride away, or a brisk 35-minute walk if you felt like a casual evening stroll.
Casa Nina is a popular choice for groups of up to eight people. The vast terrace is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, soft lawn and dotted with sun loungers. Top up your tan next to the glistening pool, or take a dip to cool off from the midday sun. For cosy alfresco dining, there’s a shaded beamed terrace and brick-built BBQ area, alongside comfy garden sofas, a great spot for your morning coffees or afternoon reading.
Inside, Casa Nina is split over two levels. The ground floor hosts a fresh and airy living room, with cosy seating and much needed air conditioning**. Flooded with light, there’s a modern kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, dishwasher and tall fridge-freezer. There’s two twin bedrooms on this floor, alongside a shower room complete with a rainfall shower. There’s a further two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has access to a balcony terrace with tree top and sea views.

To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm wide along with 2 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 155cm and other doors that access the pool area are is the living room door which is 79cm wide and the dining room door which is 67cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide and there are small steps around the villa, but just one step to reach pool area and there is a larger step down into the grass area. There is a ladder into the pool, the terrace outside is spacious, pool area is mostly tiles, and there is grass around it. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 76cm wide which can be either of the bedrooms and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 78cm wide which is the shower room.
