Located less than a 5-minute drive to the nearby golf course, this exotic villa is great for those who enjoy a game whilst on holiday. For evenings spent at local tapas bars then head to one of the local traditional towns, S'Horta and Calonge, where you'll find local eateries and local Mallorcan architecture. For a day at the beach, the local larger towns of Portocolom and Cala' D'or are a short car ride away, where you can enjoy strolling the cobbled backstreets visiting quaint boutique shops and beachside marinas.

For lazy days by the pool, Finca Jeroni is ideal, as reclining sun loungers line the 10m kidney-shaped pool. There's a covered BBQ area for alfresco lunches, and an upper covered terrace for chill afternoons away from the midday sun. For the big kids, there's also table tennis for a spot of healthy competition. Spread over two floors, this villa is traditional in style, with wooden beamed ceilings and ancestral furnishings. There's a large living and dining room with direct access to the upper terrace, a spacious chic kitchen and three bedrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor, we find bedroom number four, a spacious twin room with a shower ensuite and beautiful countryside and distant sea views.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 12 steps. The front door has a width of 130cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 130cm wide. The path to the terrace is 160cm wide. There are 8 steps down to the pool area. This can be seen in the images. There is a small step up to the BBQ area. The bedroom doors on the ground floor are 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 80cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 130cm wide.
