To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to the front door which is 120cm wide. The lounge door is 140cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 90cm wide, the path to the pool is 140cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and level. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 80cm wide. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, there is a shower type and a bath/shower type. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor level.
