You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Forti 101 sits on the rocky coastline of Cala D'or, offering sea views on a warm sunny day, creating the ideal backdrop for morning coffees and sunset meals alfresco style. A spacious terrace with terracotta tiles and relaxing garden furniture is ideal for a day by the pool, best spent with family and friends as you soak up the Mallorcan sunshine. The inviting pool with roman steps and meander mosaics offers a cool-off from the midday sun, or enjoy splashing around with the kids as you all enjoy your Balaeric adventure.
Patio doors lead from the terrace into a reading room, ideal for those wanting a spot of shade with the company of a good book. The ground floor is also home to the living and dining room, minimalistic in style with natural colours and cool air conditioning. The vibrant kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances, making your cooking experience as simple as possible. There's also a guest toilet on this floor. Upstairs we find all three bedrooms, two double rooms, one of which is ensuite, and a twin room with access to a separate bathroom.
Sitting in a prime location within walking distance to nearby shops, and restaurants as well as only being a 15-minute walk to the stunning Cala D'or marina. This beautiful spot by the sea is a must-see and the ideal place for an evening meal as the day draws to a close.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to 8 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. There are 4 steps down from the kitchen/dining room to the lounge area. The lounge door is 85cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 67cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide, there are 3 steps from the terrace to the pool, the path to the pool is 120cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and level. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 12 steps leading to the first floor level.
