You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Margarita Overview
You'll struggle to find a better location than Villa Margarita. Located in the very centre of Cala D'or, this stunning white-washed villa is less than a 3-minute walk to the bustling heart of this popular resort. With international cuisines, music bars, ice-cream parlours, gift shops and supermarkets at your fingertips. Day and night, there's something for everyone to enjoy, from a day at the beautiful Cala Gran coved beach to an evening in the bars with friends. You're also right next to Cala D'or Marina where you'll find a mixture of fishing boats and super yachts.
With three bedrooms, Villa Margarita is ideal for families and smaller groups. The main house compromises of a cosy living and dining room, with cool floor tiles and large windows letting in natural light. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cooking essentials, including an oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher. A door off the kitchen leads straight onto the patio terrace. There are also two bedrooms in the main house, one double and one twin room with timed air conditioning. Both share a separate bathroom. The third bedroom is located in a first-floor annex, another twin room with its own separate bathroom and cosy living room. This bedroom is accessed via an external staircase and is ideal for those wanting their own space on holiday.
Outside, the terrace is the ideal place to sit back and relax with a cocktail or two. Grab a sun lounger by the 6x4m pool and unwind with a good book whilst topping off your tan. For your alfresco dining, there's a covered terrace with a six-seater dining table and a brick-built BBQ for them quieter nights in.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 85cm wide. The lounge door is 82cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 75cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 85cm wide, the path to the pool is 105cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the ground floor bathroom doors are 60cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
