You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Recently renovated with a contemporary and fresh style, this lovely villa in Majorca is located close to two pretty sandy beaches and the centre of Cala D’Or. Inside, the house is very comfortable with spacious, light-filled rooms set over two storeys. The open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are great for socialising and have access through the sliding doors to the outside area to make the most of sun-filled days. The ground floor offers a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom with semi-integrated shower room. There are two further bedrooms on the first floor which includes the Master Bedroom featuring its own dressing area, semi-integrated shower room and terrace with wonderful sea-views.
The pool area is equally as welcoming as the interiors, with ample space for sunbathing and alfresco dining and lounging. The villa is located in a quiet residential street only a few minutes' walk to the sandy coves of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran. With this and the popular tourist area of Cala D’Or with multiple restaurants, shops and amenities close by, Villa Menorca D'or offers the perfect opportunity for those wishing to escape the busier areas of Majorca, whilst remaining nearby.

The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 70cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
