Our stay did not meet expectations, nor was it worth the Price. The swimmingpool was not clean upon arrival and was not cleaned at all during the entire stay. Additionally, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the drains in the bathrooms. I contacted the Landlord (Solmar Villas) but heard nothing from them. The water pressure in the kitchen faucet was very love, and overall the villa showed signs on poor cleaning and appeared worn - especially considering the price.

Was nice villa. Good location. Only things let it down was damp smell but went after few days of having windows open. Some of walls and furniture starting to look like ready for renovation.

Location was great as was the outside area. Inside the villa was full of damp and mould. AC was effective and kitchen facilities were good. It is close to a local shop and town centre is walking distance. There were a few repairs that needed done eg the main bathroom had a leak, shower head and tap didn’t work properly. We had one night without power upstairs and in all sockets throughout the villa. Having called the helpline we were told no one could help till morning. We were dissatisfied with this given we were a group of young women and didn’t have enough phone battery to last the night in case of emergencies.

The villa has 1 step for access along with an 81cm path. The front door is 79cm wide and the other doors to access the pool is the kitchen door which is 71cm wide. The width of the paths villa to the pool are 80cm and the ground is flat but the pool area space is limited. The pool has 3 steps to enter and also 2 steps to get into the living room. The closest bedroom is up 17 stairs to the first floor.
