This delightful, detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet part of Cala D'Or, just 80m from Es Pou beach with its gently sloping soft sand. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants also within easy walking distance with one just 100m away from the villa.

The master bedroom on the first floor has a large private terrace, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there are three other twin bedrooms, a further shower room, a spacious living room with dining area and a separate fitted kitchen. Outside there is a spacious sun terrace with sun beds and a parasol which surrounds the swimming pool. Patio furniture and a brick-built BBQ are provided to enjoy Al Fresco dining. To the rear of the house is a lovely shaded lawn making an ideal children's play area.

To access the villa there is a path which is 95cm with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 110cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there are 3 steps down from the villa doors to the terrace and pool area. Internally there 16 steps to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
