Welcome to Villa Ocala! This unique three-bedroom property is a must-see. Situated on the west side of Cala d'Or, this beautiful property boasts an exquisite garden and panoramic sea views from its first-floor bedrooms. Any array of busy bars, ice cream parlours and gift shops are less than a 10-minute walk away, whilst the sandy cove of Calo d'es Pou is even less, at just under 600m away. Enjoy a day of sunbathing and snorkeling as the waves lap in the distance and you catch a glimpse of the boats leaving the marina. Don't forget to grab a cocktail or two at the beach bar!

If a day by the pool is more your style, then look no further than Villa Ocala. Its mature garden filled with exotic plants, Mediterranean palm trees and green lawn becomes your very own tropical oasis. There are sun loungers surrounding the large 9m pool, and plenty of spots for alfresco dining. Inside, the villa is split into two levels. Patio doors lead to the lounge with cosy sofas, a smart TV for your entertainment and an indoor dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A twin bedroom and shower room complete the ground floor. Upstairs we find the remaining two bedrooms, one twin and one double, both with balconies offering stunning sea views and both sharing a family shower room. Whilst this property is on two levels, there are a number of steps on the ground floor leading leading to different rooms.

To access the villa there is a path which is 76cm with 1 step. The front door has a width of 140cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 130cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 140cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there are 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool area. Internally there are 2 steps in the hallway to the kitchen, 2 steps to go down to the lounge, 1 step to the double bedroom and 2 steps to the toilet and shower in the ground floor bathroom. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
