Villa Punta des Port Catorce is situated in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos, a great part of Cala D'Or to be in if you want to be within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and the sandy beach of Cala Egos.

This traditional villa is a ground floor property which is nestled between two more of our exclusive villas, Villa Punta des Port Quince and Trece, making this a great option if you have a few families who want to book and be close together. As you walk into the villa entrance you’ll find an airy living/dining room with french doors. There is also a well-equipped kitchen. There are two twin bedrooms and one double room, a bathroom and a bathroom. Additionally you will find a laundry room housing the washing machine.

A great choice for a family or group of friends who want to be within all the wide variety of amenities Cala d'Or and the surrounding areas have to offer.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 70cm wide. To access the pool area there is a door which is 120cm wide, the path tp the pool is 120cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, however there are 2 steps down from the terrace to the pool area. The pool has steps.
