This delightfully secluded detached villa is conveniently located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the fabulous sandy beach of Cala Egos. The centre of Cala D’Or with its trendy Marina and superb selection of international and traditional restaurants, cafés and shops is just a 5 minute drive away.

There’s a sunny and relaxing feel to the interior as well. The attractive décor is enhanced by light-coloured floor tiles that run throughout the villa. The living room, meanwhile, is chic, roomy and comes with really comfy sofas. Patio doors lead onto the shady terrace, with tables and chairs for outdoor meals. Outside, mature gardens with lawns and palm trees surround the spacious sun terrace and large swimming pool. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 77cm and other doors that access the pool area is the door to the terrace which is 144cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 220cm wide, the grounds are flat but there are 2 steps from the terrace to the pool and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide which is the twin bedroom and the widest bathroom on the ground floor is 57cm wide.
