Its sweeping steps take you into the heart of the house, with its beamed ceilings and sandy stone clad walls, you won't want to leave. From the entrance hall you can access the living room, dining room, kitchen and the first of the five bedrooms.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. There is a steep hill up towards the villa. To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 115cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 80cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 110cm wide, there are 5 steps leading to the terrace area, the path to the pool area is 93cm wide. The outside grounds are on two levels they are flat and even spaces. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 75cm wide and the ground floor bathroom is 70cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level.
