You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

If you’re craving a beach day, you're just a short drive away from the golden-sand beaches of the phenomenal area of Cala San Vicente.
The vast grounds transform the villa into an exotic oasis, where the beautiful Roman stone terrace is where you’ll be likely to spend the majority of your time. Mornings unwinding on the terrace are a delight, served while soaking up the fresh air overlooking the scenic vistas of the phenomenal scenery. Sun seekers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to chill spots, with plenty of loungers and outdoor furniture to relax on. The large swimming pool stretches ten metres, with enough space for everyone to make a splash.
A Mallorca treasure, the exteriors breathe traditional charm and are overflowing with authentic character. The rustic stonework, terracotta roofs, and wooden shutters echo the vibrant architecture of a local Mallorca farmhouse. The inside is just as charming, with high ceilings supported by wooden beams, beautiful stone wall facades, and vibrant peach-coloured floor tiles. We’re in awe of the quaint living area, decorated in a shabby-chic style with vintage sofas and antique furnishings. The kitchen is a picturesque masterpiece, with fresh white cabinetry that complements the colourful mosaic tile backsplash. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms alluding to a contemporary feel, with one double and two twin bedrooms adorned with bohemian décor.

Our Cala San Vicente villas are perfect for those seeking a laid-back holiday in a picturesque setting. Tucked away in the northwest of Majorca at the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range, this old fishing village is full of charm and boasting three sandy beaches right on its doorstep.
The village itself has a few shops and restaurants serving the catch of the day, but just a ten-minute drive away, you'll find the old Roman town of Pollensa, where you can explore the maze-like streets and enjoy a drink or two in the evening.
