You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Can Oliva Overview
Can Oliva is a delightful property steeped in character and history. This original olive mill, built in 1775, is where olives were pressed to produce some of the finest olive oil in the area. Nowadays Can Oliva has been tastefully furnished with many original features having been retained and sympathetically restored, creating a traditional and comfortable villa. Two feature staircases lead up from the impressive entrance hall to the bedrooms situated on the first floor, each with wooden beamed ceilings, stone-edged windows and breathtaking views of the mountains and countryside beyond. The exteriors are equally beautiful with extensive open and covered terraces dotted around the inviting private swimming pool.
The beach of Cala San Vicente can be reached in less than five minutes by car, as can the historical old town of Pollensa where a wonderful array of boutique shops, restaurants and café’s can be found.
*For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.

To access the villa there is a path which is 139cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 139cm and this is the only door that accesses the pool area. Paths from the villa to the pool are 500cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The backyard is terraced all the way to pool and there is 1 step up to pool. Inside there is 1 step from the lounge to the entrance hall. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 14 steps to the first floor. Our Cala San Vicente villas are perfect for those seeking a laid-back holiday in a picturesque setting. Tucked away in the northwest of Majorca at the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range, this old fishing village is full of charm and boasting three sandy beaches right on its doorstep.
The village itself has a few shops and restaurants serving the catch of the day, but just a ten-minute drive away, you'll find the old Roman town of Pollensa, where you can explore the maze-like streets and enjoy a drink or two in the evening.
