You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

This lovely detached villa is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants in Cala San Vincente. Great for snorkelling and water sport enthusiasts, this popular resort offers three natural coved beaches, filled with colourful marine life and dotted with beach bars. A short car ride away you’ll also find the old town of Pollensa with its many fine restaurants and a golf course, plus the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa with its famous pine walk and many family restaurants. Surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains, Villa Marioma is great for cyclists, walkers and hikers all season, with its winding cycle trails and panoramic walking spots.
The villa itself is bright, airy, modern and colourful which benefits from many features including air-conditioning, all round electrically operated security shutters, an intercom system and dimmer switches in the main living rooms. Split over three levels you’ll find two family living rooms and fully equipped kitchen, five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms. Outside the poolside terrace is great for lazy days, topping up your tan and enjoying delicious BBQs alfresco style.

There are 5 steps into the villa with a 96cm wide path also. The front door has a width of 82cm along with other doors to access the pool area which are the lounge doors which are 60cm and the kitchen doors which are 80cm. the garden area is flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. From the villa to terrace to pool there are very minor steps. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 76cm wide and the width of the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 72cm. the door width into the kitchen area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 140cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our Cala San Vicente villas are perfect for those seeking a laid-back holiday in a picturesque setting. Tucked away in the northwest of Majorca at the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range, this old fishing village is full of charm and boasting three sandy beaches right on its doorstep.
The village itself has a few shops and restaurants serving the catch of the day, but just a ten-minute drive away, you'll find the old Roman town of Pollensa, where you can explore the maze-like streets and enjoy a drink or two in the evening.
