Ca na Copea Overview
With its elevated position on the side of the Puig Maria mountain, Ca Na Copea affords stunning views over the local Mallorcan countryside and the charming Old Town of Pollensa, which twinkles at night creating a wonderful backdrop for relaxed evenings on the terrace. The Old Town of Pollensa is within walking distance of the villa for those who wish to dine out or simply wander the charming cobbled streets, however, due to the location of the villa we do not recommend this walk for those with limited mobility.
Ca Na Copea has a striking stone clad façade with wooden shutters framing each window and mature grape vines growing up the adjoining terraces creating a typically Mediterranean feel. The surrounding gardens are extremely well kept and feature mature shrubs and trees, a generous patch of lawn perfect for family games and a larger-than-average swimming pool surrounded by ample terraces from where the views can be best enjoyed.
Inside, the villa is furnished in a traditional yet refined style, with comfort in mind. Each of the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and have access to their own bathroom, and the lounge features huge picture windows so you can cool off indoors whilst still gazing over the pretty rural scenery. Should you wish to explore further afield and sample the local beaches, the popular seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia are both within easy reach by car.

**As shown on the website, due to the elevated position of this property there are some low walls with drops within the villa grounds and ladder effect Railings/Balconies. To access the villa there is an open path which is 180cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm whilst other access doors have a width of 85cm. The ground is hilly with lots of stairs throughout the property grounds and inside the home, there are 37 steps to the villa itself and a ramp to access it too. The pool itself has no ramp access but has Roman steps into it and the width to any path to the pool is 130m. Upon entering front door which is 80cm wide there are two bedrooms doors which have a width of 70cm each and two bathrooms doors which have a width of 65cm each located on ground floor. There are 10 steps to the first floor, an additional two steps for the two bedrooms and 2 steps for the two bathrooms. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 250cm whilst the door into the lounge is 70cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
