Cal Nillo presents itself as a delightful holiday residence conveniently situated near Pollensa. This expansive villa provides an ideal setting for a memorable holiday experience. Accommodating up to six guests, it boasts a generous and cosy environment that will make you feel right at home.

The ground floor has a traditional warming feel to it, with an open plan, living/ dining room, with doors that lead onto the terrace, there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything required to enjoy a self-catering holiday. Upstairs has three spacious bedrooms all with air conditioning, one double, which also has a bathroom ensuite, and two twin rooms that share a bathroom.

Outside your very own private pool is surrounded by greenery giving it a real tropical feel, bask in the sun whilst taking in the beautiful view of Puig de Maria. As the sun sets, open a bottle of wine and cook up some local produce on the BBQ and dine alfresco style.

Cal Nillo is a short walk from the edge of town, if you fancy stretching your legs but don't want to drive, or a short drive away is Pollnsa Old town centre, filled with stunning blonde architecture and quaint little cafes, indulge yourself in the endless history Pollensa has to offer. If you like a beach, then be sure to visit the golden coast lines of Port de Pollensa or playa de Alcudia which hosts a popular "blue flag" beach and stretches over 3km, both areas are lined with restaurants and shops to enjoy, whilst taking in the stunning backdrop.

For the golf lovers, golf Pollensa is a 2.7m drive away. This area really does have something to offer everyone, ensuring a beautiful holiday.

To access the villa there is a path with a width of 200cm along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 120cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 60cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, one step to enter the front door, 3 steps up to the pool area and 3 steps up to upper terrace. There are 16 steps to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
