If you’re wanting a beautiful holiday in the north of Mallorca then Can Curt is an excellent choice. Situated on the outskirts of Pollensa Old Town, this one storey, traditional Mallorquan home from home is surrounded by greenery and has a lovely peaceful feel.
Accommodating up-to eight guests in four bedrooms, the architecture is traditionally Spanish, so expect light walls and wooden windows and door shutters. Resting in two acres of land, there is plenty of space for everyone. A stunning, turquoise pool sits in front of the villa with matching sun lounger’s poolside. There are two al fresco dining areas, one right under the sun and another in the shade of the terrace.
The interior features rustic stone walls and ceiling beams. There is a spacious kitchen and the dining area rests under a high ceiling. In the villa there are three double bedrooms and one with twin singles.
Can Curt is car recommended so you can ensure to reach the stunning areas that Majorca has to offer, Pollensa boasts stunning charm, culture and tradition in every corner. For the beach lovers, the stunning coastline offers plenty of golden sandy beaches lined with shops and restaurants, however the sun and calm waters are not the only attractions here in Majorca, the blonde architecture of Pollensa Old Town is a beautiful sight, with little cafes and plenty of history to discover, you can be sure to find something for everyone.
For environmental and energy savings, this villa has time air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.

There are 4 steps to access the villa and a path of 200cm. The front door width is 80cm and the other doors to access the pool area are the lounge patio doors which are 160cm. The paths from villa to pool has stepping stones of 50cm. There is an 18cm step from the lounge patio doors to the dining terrace and a further 2 x 14cm steps down to the BBQ. The pool has roman steps for entrance. The width of the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 65cm and the widest bath/shower room door is 65cm the door into the kitchen area is 70cm wide and the door width into the lounge area is 65cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Important Information
During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available
Due to local energy saving initiatives, Air conditioning is available and timer controlled for use overnight and during mid-day peak heat hours.
This property contains large gaps in the internal Staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
