The reformation of the lovely Can Oli has been done with a lot of attention to detail and the modern rustic design quality furniture plays homage to its countryside setting close to the town of Pollensa.

The villa is sat in extensive grounds and in the evening when the ambient lighting enhances the surrounding Olive & Palm trees its truly magical.

The large pool in the lawned gardens offers the spot to refresh yourself from the sun and the tastefully furnished covered porch offers that all important shade when needed as well as a large table & chairs for al fresco dining.

Here you find the brick built BBQ and table tennis for added entertainment.

Inside the stylish comfortable villa there is an open plan living / dining room area with a contemporary fully equipped county kitchen and there is also a double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are 2 kingsize doubles and a twin bedroom, all airconditioned and with mosquito nets. These bedroom share 2 further shower rooms.

The house uses solar power to enable a sustainable environment.

Paths from the villa to the pool area are 90cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is 1 step in front of the main door, 2 more steps to get to the path from the villa to the pool and 1 smaller step from the path to the pool area. Internally there are 15 steps to access the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
