You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 270cm with 1 step. The front door has a width of 125cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 350cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat, there is 1 step to enter the villa from the terrace, and 1 step from the terrace to the pool area. Internally there are 14 steps to access the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 75cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 65cm.
