You can't get more central than Casa Horta 125. Located just a 5-minute walk into the bustling heart of Pollensa Old Town, this charming townhouse with a private pool is a must-see. This honey-stone ancient town, dominated by the Tramuntana Mountain range is steeped in history and culture. Walk the cobbled streets sampling delicious street food, from sugar-coated Ensaimadas to pastry Panades, or pop into the beautiful boutique shops, selling must-have souvenirs and elegant hand-woven fabrics. With a local supermarket on the street corner and the nearest cafe just 60 metres away, Casa Horta is ideally located.

Nestled down a narrow backstreet amongst other traditional townhouses, Casa Horta 125 is modern in style. From the entrance hall, you have direct access to the open-plan living area and although modern, this beautiful property has retained some of its traditional features, such as the beamed ceilings and wooden window frames. The living area, with an L-shaped sofa and large flat-screen TV is ideal for a relaxing night in. A dining table and fully equipped kitchen are at the further end of the room, adjacent to the floor to ceiling patio doors that lead onto the terrace. You'll notice that Casa Horta 125 beautifully flows from the front of the property to the terrace at the back. Stairs off the living room lead to the first floor, where you're instantly greeted by a second lounge area, from here you have direct access to all three bedrooms, a separate shower room and a shared balcony terrace.

Outside, the quaint terrace with a 4.5 x 3m pool is ideal for a quick dip to cool off. A BBQ is also provided for your own use. Enjoy some local goodies, cooked up on the BBQ as you enjoy a spot of lunch with a glass of vino alfresco style.
